James is President of his local Toastmasters International club, a member of the local community association and is Chairman of a large cricket club as well as being a father of two and running his own training consultancy business, all of this requires the skills of an excellent communicator. Jane Leet Co-Founder & Operations Director    Jane has over eleven years experience working for local government, eight of those working within the childcare sector, both in recruitment and in business support capacity. She has been a qualified watersports instructor for twelve years and has been involved in running management training courses both on and off the water. Jane adds another dimension to the business when it comes to "Practical Leadership". Jane was responsible for developing and delivering training and support for staff in over 60 Sea Cadet Corps units accross the East of England and took a major role in devising the National training syllabus for 10-12 year olds within that organisation.   Now a working mother with two young children, Jane's pro-active enthusiasm sees her juggling a career and family, with co-ordinating social events at a premier cricket club and teaching watersports on a part time basis.
